replace or repair power seat? prices? 850

Hey guys, I have a 94 850 with full power/heated leather drivers seat that is broken in the fully declined back position, Is this an easy fix? looks not to be and if so how much do you think? or is it worth purchasing a used seat from a dismantler? also any good parts links would be appreciated.
