Faux Wood Shift Handle S70 2000

I have a 2000 S70 SE package which includes the faux wood on the dash, glove box, console, etc. For reasons beyond me, the gear shift handle is the standard grey plastic. According to the dealer, at the end of the production run, the factury was basically utilizing parts in inventory, and I was lucky enough to get the plastic.

Does anyone know where I can get a faux wood shift handle other than the dealer who wants to charge me $190 plus install?
