Shift knob in 'The Saint'? C70 1998

Correct me if I'm wrong, but it seems that in the 1997 film, 'The Saint', Simon Templar has an ?aluminum? shift knob, instead of the rather mundane leather one that I have seen in all pics of the car w/ manual tranny. These have only been pics, b/c I've only seen autos, though I'm looking for a 5 speed manual. If this is the case, has anyone found an aftermarket (albeit OE-looking) aluminum/other metal shift knob? Let me know. Thanks.
