V70 Front Brakes V70-XC70 2000

Hello,
Sending this from "not" my computer...

Am very experienced w/240s but this is first time to do front brakes on 2000 V70.

Have noticed that the rotors wear down on the V70 (unlike the 240)... From what I have read this is normal. Any one know the min. rotor thickness?

Car has 44K w/ original pads, so we have been fairly easy on the brakes. Is this a straightforward DYI job?
