Need advice on cleaning fuel injectors 850 1994

My 1994 850 has become slightly sluggish and an earlier post recommended cleaning fuel injectors. This sounds logical to me but I would like to see if anyone has any advice on doing so. Removing them doesn't appear to be a problem. Should I simply clean them with solvent or would ultrasonic cleaning be a better method? Also, is it necessary to replace the O-rings when injectors are reinstalled? Answers to these questions and/or any other tips would be appreciated.
