Window switch is intermittent... How do I get to it to clean contacts? 850

My driver side window switch doesn't always work the first time and after about three times of pushing it then it brings the window down. It will probably need changing in the future but I want to at least get a few more months out of it for now. My question is how do I get the assembly out from the center console? Can I get out from the top or do I have to remove the whole console to get to the switches. Also, is it possible to get to the contacts to clean them once I get it out? Lastly, can I get individual switches or do I have to buy the whole assembly?
