seat memory and key fob question V70-XC70

Okay, just picked up my new V70 T5, very nice...world of difference from my 4Runner. I have seen messages about this before but I cannot find them. I am trying to figure out how to program my key fob & my husband's key fob to reset the seat/mirror to our different memory positions when unlock button is hit. I thought it was supposed to do that off the key fob as well as seat button. It does not seem to be resetting anything off the key fob, only resets if I use the seat memory button. Is this correct behavior?

Can someone take me through the steps of storing it correctly so the key fobs work?
