Struts & Sway Bars 850

Well I was pretty happy to have installed my new IPD sway bars until I discovered this morning that things may not be perfect. While replacing the serp belt I noticed a gap at the top of the struts between the large round plastic piece and the plate below.

Uh, what did I do? What can I do to fix it?
