I had been looking into Nokia NRH2s based upon another brickboarder's response but, alas, Nokia does not make a 16" version of that tire (for sale in the US, at least).

So, I return to pose this question: any recommendations on a summer H-rated QUIET tire that handles acceptably and is good in wet conditions? I am an Artic Alpin devotee during the winter months so I'm not looking for an all-season tire, just spring-summer-fall.
