Pressure testing radiator system to find head gasket leak? 850 1996

Seems after replacing the radiator and installing a new overflow bottle and cap that I still have a leak somewhere. As best as I can figure it is a bad head gasket since I see no water leaks on hoses, I smell the burnt smell of antifreeze in the mornings when I start up the car and I have to add about 8 oz of water every other day. Can testing the pressure of the radiator system give you any indication of a head gasket leak? I suspect it will just tell you have a leak right? Will I see any bubbles or evidence from the pressue pushing on the system? How much does it cost to have the test done? How much for replacing the head gasket?
