Is cruise control an option on a 94 850? 850 1994

I am looking at buying a used Volvo and I found one I really like. One option I wish it had though is Cruise Control. From everything I have looked at, Cruise doesn't seem to be an option but rather standard equiptment. Could it be that the Turn indicator was replaced with one that didn't have the cruise switch and that the car really has it? If it matters it is a Canadian 850 GLE with the 10V 2.5L engine.

Also as an aside. Does anyone know what models (GLE vs GLT) in Canada have the 20V 2.5L engine. I can only find either Turbo's or the 10V engines. Not the 20V 2.4L NA one.
