Is there enough room under the car to change these without a lift?

I can't tell whether there is enough clearance (using a floor jack and jack stands) to pull the old nivomats and install the new ones. Naturally I'll block the front wheels.

I'm stuck on Volvo and Volvo's stuck on me....when it comes to FWD I always listen to the "Oracle of Minnesota'
