Major gasket fail - lower left engine - Help?

My 2002 v70 T5 lost all its oil today. Ugh. Appears to have come from lower passenger side of engine. Found a piece of gasket that looks like it was blown out. Green color, brittle. Guessing diameter around 10-12 inches. Anyone know what gasket it is and what I'm looking at for a repair.

Could it be timing cover gasket? Green? And if it failed would all the oil blow out?
