Drive door actuator S70 1998

Have replaced actuators on all doors but never the driver side. I installed but the key seems stuck. Guess there is a rod that connects to the actuator.

Really don't want to take the whole door apart again. Can I remove the lock cylinder and set it correctly from there?

PS I used a passenger door actuator same side do they have the place were the rod goes?
