2009 C30 squeals when turning right (only) C30 2009

Hello and I apologize if you've answered this before and I couldn't find it. My daughter has this 2009 C30 and she complained that it squeals when she turns a hard right, but only the first time during her drive. Evidently, once the car is warmed up a bit, it no longer makes noise when she turns right. Turning left is always fine - no noise. Could it be a belt, or power steering fluid, a bearing?
Just wondering if she should take it right to a mechanic - in other words, could it cause an accident at some point?
