LP Turbo upgrade to HP possible? 850 97

I have a 1997 854 GLT w\the LP Turbo and would like some feedback on the idea of upgrading to a HP Turbo. Perhaps from someone that might have looked into it or did it or even if it's possible or not, if it is possible then would it bolt right up and or would there be plumbing issues and what about the ECU? Any and all input would be appreciated. I have the chance to pick up a full blown turbo from a 1998 S70 T-5 for $500.00 parts only if it would work.
