s7a brake sticking S70 1999

The right front brake has been hanging up on my '99 S70 after the brakes warm up. It will work fine for a few miles until things warm up, then will hang up.

The flexible brake line looked damaged/cracked and I replaced it, but the problem still exists. My next step is replacing the caliper, but my question is, could the problem be master cylinder related?

It doesn't seem likely to me, but ?
