Bumper scuffs repair 850 1994

I am looking for a help on how to repair bumper scuffs. My wife did scratched the very bottom of the bumper. It is painted in clear teal metallic.

Regular touch up spray paint probably won't work because we need a special paint right?

Any suggestions for web sites where to buy paint or how to actually repair are appreciated.
