What to look for on used 98 V70R AWD? 850 94

Hi,

I'm considering replacing my other car (not my 1994 855T) with a 1998 V70R AWD in Saffron. It's sitting on the used car lot at a local dealer. It was originally purchased from that dealer, and traded in on a new one, so they have all service records. Car has 49k mi, and is also certified used giving it another 24 mos/24k mi on a warranty. It's got the 3rd seat added, 16" wheels (not sure of tire brand). They're currently asking $25,870.

I'm concerned about the following:

- Alcantara--I have 2 kids, ages 5 and 10 mos. How is this going to hold up?

- Price--is it worth that? Shall I haggle? I'd really like to have euro-rails on it, as well as the integrated child booster seat.

- Mileage--what kind of MPG do folks get in this car?

Please give me your collective wisdom on this!
