transmission problem 850

i have a transmission problem im getting slipage in my drive gears, reverse gear is fine. i check the Diagnostic Trouble Codes and i get 232(missing speedodometer signal) and 322(wrong gear value) can anyone tell me what this means and how to repair or should i just replace the transmission
