Compressor oil leak? S70

When i open the hood i didnt notice anything but when i was changing the oil i noticed a leak of some liquid that was oily. I think it was clear colored. There wasnt alot of it and it didnt appear to be engine oil. And it wasnt dirty looking. It could have been power steering but i cant tell the difference between power steering oil and compressor oil. I can say the resulting leak was like kind of like it was dripping in a line. Not a puddle in a perfect circle like a leaking oil pan. It was on the left side of the engine near the front. The air conditioner works fine and power steering work to. I was wondering what could it be?

I do notice that the temps around here have been at or near a 100F so that might be the reason but does anyone have any ideas about what the problem is and how i should go about finding more info about it?
