Glove Box is loose! S60 2004

Just bought a 2004 S60 and love it! 140K on it and it drives like new!

Only a few interior issues.

Glove box rattles when closed, I cant see anything loose but it looks like it is not closes all the way. don't see how to adjust it or take it apart.

Anyone have this problem and know how to fix it??

Also the center console door is like it is missing a screw. the pad is separated from the plastic. it seems there would be a screw there to hold it but there are only 2 near the hinge. I am thinking of gluing it but would like to know it there is a better fix out there.

Also the Drink holder door was broken so I ripped it out. This looks difficult to replace. Does the whole center console need to come out?

Any help is greatly appreciated!
