Gents,
I can't figure this one out and don't have the cash to bring to the Dealer so I am relying on you guys to help! :) Wife's car starts right up, next time I get a strange sound and the starter does not engage. As I am releasing the key back from the ignition position the starter kicks in for a second. If I try several times it finally starts and runs fine. I have cleaned the battery posts etc. thinking bad connection but the problem continues. Battery seems fine - 3yrs old.

Any insight is greatly appreciated!
