Coolant Flush S60

OK this may sound like a basic question, but how do you guys do a "coolant flush" for an S60.

On my old Volvo's I always fully flushed them with water and fully drained the engine via a plug on the bottom of the block.

So what procedure do you guys use other than drain the radiator coolant out of the system on your S60 ? I'm getting ready to change the coolant to Zerez G-05 OAT and want all of the old stuff out.
