The first time we got into our recently-bought-used XC90, after filling the fuel tank for the first, we noticed a strong smell of raw fuel. This only happens when the fuel tank is nearly full. Though I feel sure it's from the normal venting of the fuel tank, I can't figure out how it's getting inside the vehicle. I can only add that the car was in an accident along the passenger side at some point, the evidence of which is only that the passenger headlight is nearly new and there is a crack in the passenger tail light lens. I don't know how this could be relevant because I've been under the car and everyting seems to be as it should. Any advice or ideas are welcome. thanks
