Looking for a BOSCH #608 ECU

I have an urgent need of a Bosch #608 Electronic Control Unit (ECU), programmed for a 1998 Volvo V70 T5.

Mine has failed, and my indie is pulsing the salvage market. I am hoping not to buy a new one from the dealer (abt $1300.00).

I could find none on EBAY or by Googling.

Any leads out there?
