I was looking into this for curiosity.
As many know, UV light illuminates light surfaces and especially fluorescent surfaces.
UV light dont give the same uncomfort for other drivers. (Although if you stare into it for a while you get hurt.)
Most of you know this situation: You are going fast and comfortable at night, and then you meet a car. You dim down the light, and see much less.
Ideally you should slow down to compensate.
UV light can be directed more like the high beam, since the other driver is not as annoyed by it.
