Wheel Alignment S80 1999

My S-80 wheel alignment is getting to be a bit annoying! I had the dealer do an alignment several months ago and it was fine for about 2 months. The car now drifts to the right whenever you release the wheel. The steering wheel, of course needs to be held in a slight left turn when driving in a straight line. Question.. Should I take the car in for another alignment, or just live with it?
