Arno -- closed-loop & open-loop running S40-V40 2000

Arno, you posted some time ago about S/V40s going into open loop running on full throttle, and progressive boost fall-off after 20 secs or so as the mixture gets richer. Do you know if this happens at a given throttle position (for example when the throttle position sensor registers more than 3/4 throttle) or is it another factor?
