Purchased XC 90 in October 2007. Shortly after purchasing a vehicle I buy the service and maintenance manuals. If, as Volvo usually is, they are broken up into volumnes I purchase volumnes as I need them. I.E. brake manual at first need to replace pads, etc. Well to my dismay it appears the only way to get manuals on the XC-90 is through a subscription at volvotechinfo.com. The cheapest subscription being a three day subscription at about $15.00 depending on the manual one wants. My question, is this my only option for service and technical data? Is there another way around this or some type of aftermarket factory shop manual out there for the 2008 XC-90? Any and all comments and opinions are appreciated.
