Steer Wheel Vibration 850 1995

I've been trying to trouble shoot a steering wheen vibration in my 95 850 GLT wagon. I have replaced all 4 tires and 2 wheels which were definetley not round (bought the car last year in rough shape and have done alot of work to get it in tip top shape).

However, the steering wheel vibration is still present. To test to make sure the cause is not the wheels, I swapped all 4 wheels with my S60. The 850 still had steering wheel vibration, and the S60 was still smooth as silk.

I'm running out of ideas to solve the vibration, so if anyone has anymore, they are greatly appreciated.
