Should I consider buying a xc 70? can't afford a new one...WHAT YEARor YEARS?? V70-XC70

I've always had 240's...love them!! but i need something with 4 wheel drive, roomy, andgood to travel with...oh, and yes safe. I like thre side curtain air bags and all of that. i don't know what years they had them in. Also, I road tested a 002 and was quite surprised at the power. it was very peppy! What are their weaknesses. I also have alot of snow to deal with and big highways to travel on. Thanks so much for all your advice...I need it!!...Lynn
