Sunroof Air Deflector/Visor Mounting Question V70-XC70 1999

Just bought what we think to be a very nice 1999 XC70. One problem we noticed was that if it's windy and at highway speeds, the translucent "air deflector" or "visor" (don't know what it's called)mounted at the front of the sunroof rattles like crazy. It's quite noisy! I see that there are two tabs which mount the part to the roof/sunroof. Am I missing something? Are there any known fixes for this?
