94 855T turns over but won't start, stuck in Boston 850

The car drove ok to work this morning but wouldn't start when I went to leave to go home. I'm trying to get it going at least to get it back home.

The plugs, wires, cap and rotor are all new, new Optima battery and terminals. It turns over real good and I have good fuel pressure at the rail but it's not starting. The car hasn't thrown a CEL but would it still have readable codes all the same? I'm not sure how to read the A & B diagnostic ports to pull any possible codes, I'm use to a hand held OBDll scanner. In my own diagnosis from what I've read here on the BB I was thinking the camshaft position sensor might be bad and I picked one up today, I'm going to put that in as soon as day breaks. I need help and would very much appreciate any suggestions and opinions.
