turbo charge return line leakage S40-V40 2000

I went to get my oil change at the dealership, it costs me $52.00. They told me that the turbo charge return line is leaking a little bit. They asked me if I want to get it done but they didn't tell what it would cost me.

My question is, how hard is it if I were do it myself? I have very limited experience, I only had this car for about four months.
