Fixes for the cupholders 850 (95-97) 850 1995

Spent a few hours over the weekend, going thru 7+ 850 (1995-1997), trying to find a replacement for my cup holders, seem that the problem that I have (the second cup holder’s retaining semicircular plastic piece broken) is the problem that every single one of the 850s had (at least in the junk yard).
Believe the replacement part is $80+ from the dealer
Any fixes or cheaper solutions???
