This is a page to a law firm that is compiling information on the ETM failures in the United States. Anyone that is currently experiencing these problems, symptoms, getting the run-around from the volvo mechanics, or have already paid for getting these problems fixed, I highly recommend going to the provided link and completing their forms online.

no offense but we, the owners, will lose if the lawyers get involved. they will need to get their share and it will have to come from someone, mainly the settlement. i think the best present course is to keep getting complaints on file and maybe go to consumers union etc. joan claybrook, though i think she is a m****n, seems to get giddy at the prospect of sticking it to the auto makers. especially a domestic one.
