Saking at 3000 rpm 850 1994

Hi all,
When reaching 3000 rpm, car starts to shake like crazy. When gear shifts, it stops. Retrieved the following codes from A6 terminal:

214 Engine speed (RPM) sensor signal missing sporadically
314 Camshaft Position sensor (CMP) signal missing or faulty
324 Camshaft Position sensor (CMP) signal missing sporadically

Cleared the codes yesterday, haven't returned, but car still sputters.
Which should I change or both or niether???

Also, where is the rpm sensor??

HELP!!!!!!

The mount under the crankshaft pulley doesn't last much more than 90k miles. Check this also.

could be as simple as upper engine mount gone bad. The circular mount in front of the driver's seat under the hood...check to see if the round bushing had deteriorated.

They are known as top engine mount, or torque mount and front suspension mount. Very easy to replace.
