I got a flat today, I need a new tire S70 1999

I'm on a donut, so I have to go tomorrow after work to get one tire.

I have a Volvo S70 @ 62k miles. I don't know anything about cars really, but should I just get one tire or should I get all four? And what is the best deal on tire/s can I get? Also, I am Costco member, should I get it there, or will I get ripped off? I would appreciate any help, thanks in advance!

You should have saved the one best one of your old tires...mounted on a steel wheel makes an excellent spare...throw the donut tire away...a piece of crap.

Ok, I really couldn't wait on Costco's time so I went to Mavis Auto Tire Center.

I bought four Pirelli P6 Four Seasons @ $80 each. Got everything done, installation, balancing, etc.. all for $450. I hope I didn't pay too much.

Thanks for your help!

You did the right thing by getting 4 new tires. Did you pay too much? Of course you did! We all pay too much when we want piece of mind and someone else is guarenteeing their work. Don't worry about the cost, but you shouldn't have gotten the flat tire warranty.

Costco has good tires. If you have 62k on your tires, you must be ready for all 4. Check the wear bars on your tires. I like BF Goodrich. Go to TireRack.com and look at tires for your car. There are also reviews for tires there. Some retailers like Sears and Mavis will match prices with shipping.
Good luck.
