Climate control Lights Blinking - Won't turn on 850 1993

When I turn the car on, my climate control lights blink. I have checked every fuse, and then all seem to be fine. Is there a resistor bank somewhere, or possibly a bad relay that could be causing this problem? Is it a sensor issue, or is there no way to narrow it down?

    Your 1993 has OBDI which is readable with the blinking light method. The trouble codes will tell you what is wrong. Check the FAQs here or on bay13 for how to read the computer.
