Thinking about buying '00 XC V70-XC70 2000

Hello-

My parents are looking for a new "family Volvo" and they recently came across a well-kept '00 Cross Country. It is in immaculate shape, one owner, and has 62k miles on it. The maintenance was always performed at the scheduled intervals. This is a private party sale and the asking price is $14.5k.

Are there any particular issues that one should look out for when considering the purchase of XCs of that vintage?
