replacing a/c evaporator 850

Many people have offered helpful posts on the a/c and particularly the evaporator - and not long ago there was posted a link to a photo set taken during the job of replacing it.

I'm considering replacing mine and would like to hear from people who did it - what problems they had, what to watch for, etc. I do have the set of photos.
