MY RAD FAN DOES NOT COME ON WHEN THE TEMPERATURE RISES, I HAVE TESTED THE FAN WHICH IS OK, THE RELAY IS OK, THE SENSOR UNDER THE THERMOSTAT IS OK, IS THER ANOTHER SENSOR AND IF SO WHERE IS IT.

Man, that's a tough one. Mine actually burned up last summer, but if you checked yours, I guess it's still good. If you're sure everything checks out okay, I would imagine it might be one of the connections or an open / broken wire somewhere. I would try to use a Voltmeter & work my way around the circuit. If everything is operating correctly, the sensor should send a signal to the relay, and the relay should close & allow +12VDC to the fan. I hope that helps.
