Volvo Incentives...History S60

Anyone know, or remember, yearly incentives offered? Did a "google" but, only find current incentives.
I know in '99 they jumped from $1500 in March, '99 to $3000 in April. Similar increase in '01.
Their current incentive of $1250 only applies for lease/finance till 3/31/05, doesn't apply if I buy outright(unlike prior years Volvo loyalty incentive).

They bounce around from month to month, or even less a month. I'm sure there's no one with a complete record other than Volvo. Automotive News lists them weekly on the inside back page - which seems to be the best record available. I think you are mistaken that current incentives are not available on outright purchases.
