Vacuum air sound and sqeak down by brake pedal? V70-XC70 2001

V70 T5 2001. Getting a vacuum air sound and sqeak down by brake pedal whenever I do a lot of stop and go driving around town. I hear it after coming to a stop and then upon release of the brake pedal I get the sound....also sometimes a sqeak or whine. Does not happen all the time. Is it the boot around the shaft under there? Brakes seem to work just fine. Thanks

    possible noise is from the brake booster
