Turn signals problem V70-XC70 1998

Hi there: Have a 98 V70 . The turn signals and the hazards stay on and dont flash. Someone had mentioned it is probably the relay. Does anyone know where this is located on this car and if I can change it myself easily.

Thanks in advance
T.B.

The relay is built in to the hazard switch. Pop the radio out and reach in behind the hazard switch and pop it out of the dash. 30 second job.

Turn signals problem V70-XC70 1998

Thanks for the help: I popped it out and it was a long skinny square tube with an attachment on the end. What do I do with it at this stage,Is there a reset somewhere that I didnt notice or do I replace a part and if so which one

Thanks in advance

Quick temp fix V70-XC70 1998

Place it on the palm of one hand, and give it a good wack with the other palm.

This is a temp solution, but eventually you'll need a new relay/hazard switch.
