Rattling noise from right wheelwell V70-XC70 1998

I have a rattling noise coming from the right wheelwell. I get it especially when its cold when I'm making a left turn over normal bumps in the road. I changed the swaybar links not too long ago, along with inner and outer tie rod ends and control arms. It doesn't sound or feel like a major suspension component. When it warms up, the noise goes away. Its definitely a rattle. Any ideas where I might start? I have the aftermarket front swaybar and urethane bushings from IPD. I suspect they may need lube.

Heat shield for exhaust manifold may be loose. The fasteners that hold it on are known to rust and loose their hold, thus causing a rattling with cold. Mine does the same thing but only in Winter and only when it is cold. I know that is what mine is, and it sounds like it is coming from the right wheel area.

Wow!You got me scared a few minutes ago.Thank God you mentioned that it was NOT a major suspension issue!I am unable to answer your question. However I am having the same problem,as mentioned on this thread.I know that I have to replace my left-front strut seatings(or bushings)in the near future. It is going to cost me about $90.00 for that job(parts+labor). Please let me know your results.Good Luck!!!!!!

P.S.-I know I posted this message on a"V-70"thread.The parts on the S/V-70's are very similar to the 850 series(suspension/axle parts).
