1996 850 codes 850 1996

My car recently failed NJ inspection for the following codes. PO 300,PO 302, PO 305, PO 304, PO 410 and MIL command. I can not find the meaning of these codes and anyone tell me what they mean an if it is a repair I may be able to perform.
Thanks

None of the above codes show in on Bay 13 or in the Haynes manual. I did some checking and found a reference that said all PO 300 codes refer to an engine misfire, with 302 meaning misfire in cylinder number two. I did change all the plugs, wires, cap and rotor when the car was running poorly a couple of months ago. I disconnected the battery for about 15 mins. thinking that would clear any codes that were stored. Does this actually clear the codes, or do they have to be cleared with a tool.

I don't think disconnection of the battery will clear codes on a 96 850. I guess one solution is to move outa NJ to a state like VA that is not controlled by liberal democrats. We, for the most part, aren't subjected to all that worthless emissions crap ( not yet anyway) : )
