I recently had my 1995 850 serviced for the 100,000 mile service by the dealer and when it came back it now has a fast idle while in drive at a stop. I used to idle no more than 750/RPM's but now the car idles above 1000 rpm's. I can make it drop by putting the car in neutral and reving the engine a bit. Kind of like the old cars automatic choke being stuck. Is that the case with the 850? The service I had done before the idle began running fast was: throtle body was cleaned, serpentine belt replaced, new motor mount, fuel filter replaced, standard oil & lube job.
Not sure what takes place in cleaning the throtle body but the they used an induction cleaner in the throtle body. Not sure if there is something that could be adjusted but any ideas are greatly appreciated.
Thanks
