Need help with replacing fog light bulbs on a 96 850 Turbo. The Haynes manual says remove front lens cover to install new bulb. After getting under car could not get cover off. The light looks as though it has a ring on the back of it like a headlight connection. I tried to turn the ring counter-clockwise but would not turn. Noticed there is a little plug that comes out of the housing facing the ground, looks like a screwdriver might slide up into it. Any help would be great. Sorry for the bad post last week. Red '95 Turbo and Black '96 Turbo

You just have to get a really good grip on it to turn it. It took me several tries and doubting the manual, but finally I got it turned and off.
